The RMA curriculum allows students to take courses that lead to a bona fide accredited high school diploma. We strive to engage students in a relevant curriculum that increases their reading, writing, and math proficiency and offers electives to enhance their career and life skills. RMA follows the Volusia County Schools Academic Curriculum.

Program of Studies
Our students must meet all state and in some cases, additional district requirements for promotion and graduation. Graduation Requirements
Students will successfully engage in rigorous and relevant curriculum; experience instruction that meets their interests and learning needs; and progress through each course completion in a timely manner. Students are required to take core classes in English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Additional requirements include fine art, physical education, career research, and students may choose from a range of electives offered each semester. RMA is unique in that it has available courses online providing those student who are behind on credits for grade level to recover credits. A variety of courses are offered in the lab and include English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Physical Education, and electives such as Spanish, Psychology and Sociology.
